Shipping & delivery — Germany

This policy applies to orders delivered to Germany placed on Monzarven.

Order processing (order separation)

After payment, we send your order to our international fulfillment partners for packing and carrier handoff. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking email once the carrier accepts the parcel.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit to Germany is typically 9–20 business days for standard tracked shipping (method shown at checkout). Total time from payment is often 11–27 business days (processing + transit). Dates at checkout are the best estimate for your address.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping is included in the product price for eligible destinations, including Germany, unless a separate fee is shown at checkout.

Currency

Prices are shown in USD at checkout; your bank may convert to EUR.

Customs, duties & taxes

Shipments from outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees. These are collected by the carrier or customs authority unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. The first carrier scan may take 1–3 days after the shipping email. Track at /track with your order number and email.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stalls 10 business days beyond the checkout estimate, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support@monzarven.com with your order number.

Address changes

Verify your address before paying. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment starts.
